which will take himself, staff of Legation and guard to Chifu.
He adds that "Pascal" will land
at Chifu Russian sailors received on
board on Feb. 9. and asked whether H.M.S. Talbot
could accompany
him to Chifu with her
Russian sailors. He has made similar
request for Italian ship to Italian Minister.
Japanese minr. does not admit understanding includes conveyance of Russian sailors regarding whom he awaits instructions from Tokyo.
